My event has NO Registrants
If your event is already published but no one has registered yet, then you must switch it to DRAFT in order to edit it and then re-publish it.
My event has Registrants
If your event is published and at least 1 person has registered, then you can edit the event with some limitations. Any edits you make will be immediately reflected on the live event page without any need to re-publish the event.
Things you can do:
- Can Change Date, time, location, demographic, type, theme, description, photos, attributes,
- Can hide questions
- Can edit translations
- Can toggle public/private
Things you can’t do:
- Can NOT change title of event
- Can NOT add new questions
- Can NOT add new tickets
If you would like to do any of these restricted things, please speak with your Jlive support representative or e-mail support@jlive.app. Usually they can do it for you manually.
