Events
To keep events looking consistent and professional across the platform, hero images must fit our layout and be easy to read.
Images may be rejected if they:
- Don’t match the required aspect ratio or appear stretched/cropped
- Include letterboxing or side bars (empty space around the image)
- Are cropped flyers or posters not designed for the hero format
- Are blurry, low-resolution, or hard to read at full width
- Are screenshots, collages, or contain unintended borders or UI elements
Event Creation Specs

Organizations
Org Profile Logo
If you want to e-mail us a logo to help with this, feel free to send it to [email protected]. A vector such as an .EPS .AI. or .SVG is preferred, but a .PNG or .JPG could probably work too.
Org Profile Hero Image
Currently we crop our org-hero images on mobile devices.
So to ensure that the image looks good on mobile, here is how it should be cropped.
