Working with Shulcloud

Jlive makes it easy for almost any CRM to integrate with Jlive by using Make.com as an intermediary. Almost every CRM allows for some sort of third party integration of data, either automatic or manual.

Shulcloud is a CRM that is used by many synagogues. Unfortunately, Shulcloud does not allow any third party systems to integrate with it. Additionally Shulcloud does not allow for the importing of data into their system in any way, even using a CSV. Jlive is in communication with Shulcloud to try to find a way for Jlive data to flow to Shulcloud.

Feel free to reach out to your Shulcloud representative and ask them to let you import data from a CSV file or from Jlive specifically.

The good news is that there are lots of synagogues that use Jlive with Shulcloud and there are a few ways to do this!

  1. Use Jlive to manage your event registrations, then have someone manually add these registrants into Shulcloud. This allows individuals to use their existing Jlive login, the same one they use for other organizations. The downside is that there is some manual effort involved in downloading the Jlive report and manually entering them into Shulcloud.
  2. Link your Jlive event to your Shulcloud registration form. This will allow you to promote your event on Jlive, but still redirect folks to your existing Shulcloud form. This will mean that Jlive does not know who registered so it will not be able to provide you with reports. But it will still allow people to discover your event on Jlive and avoid any manual data entry.
