Yom Yocheved Clothing Giveaway – Sunday, October 29

The annual TOV Yom Yocheved Clothing Giveaway will be held on October 29th ,
and the setup will be on multiple days from October 23rd-October 27th at the
Gelber Center. We need many volunteers to help organize clothing, set up the
room and then help give our families a personalized shopping experience in
person on Sunday! **Please note, on Sunday, October 29th volunteers must be
18+**
As winter quickly approaches, many community members are at risk of not having
proper winter clothing to keep themselves and their families safe and warm in
the brutal cold.
This year, with the addition of newly arrived and many more families in need
Federation CJA’s annual Yom Yocheved Clothing Giveaway will provide winter
wear to **over 960** vulnerable individuals in our community.
We encourage you to get family members, friends, and your teens involved by
volunteering along with you. It’s a great way for them to get started early on
volunteer/community service hours by helping with the unpacking and sorting!
Proof of community service hours will be provided.
