10:15 am Torah Jam
11:30 am Vegetarian Potluck
From Paz:
We will explore how our bodies can apply Shmita by releasing and relaxing the
nervous system through the practise of Feldenkrais body movement. We will then
embody Shmita principles via three modalities (Jewish meditation, visioning,
and creative expression) to catalyze internal transformation.
I will also weave Tisha b’Av intentions into the session.
