Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)

Together, we will look at the foundations of Positive Behaviour Interventions
and Supports (PBIS). This is a framework that focuses on school-wide
expectations. PBIS approaches challenging behaviors in a positive, proactive
way as opposed to reactive. Similar to RTI, PBIS uses data to assess which
students require additional support. Join us to learn the framework, as well
as hands-on strategies that that you can implement into your classrooms and
schools right away.
**Target audience:** Teachers, assistants, resource coordinators and teachers
and department heads.
