**’Tis the season for fermentation!** Join us to take part in the Jewish
tradition of pickling with an interactive workshop co-hosted by (https://wanderingchew.ca/) and
(https://www.mazoncanada.ca/).
Following a brief introduction on the history of pickling by Kat Romanow of
The Wandering Chew, she’ll lead guests into making their own pickles. Tables
will be set up workshop-style and all materials will be provided. Each guest
will prepare and go home with one jar of **Dill Pickles** and one jar of
**Preserved Lemons**. Guests will also be able to take home printed copies of
each recipe, so you can make them again or share them with loved ones!
Following our hard work, guests will be welcome to enjoy a beverage from our
bar (not included in ticket price, paid by card only) and schmooze.
**Tickets are $25 each. Capacity is limited so reserve your ticket early to
avoid disappointment.**
