Stronger Together: Fitness SuperClass, Sun Nov 5

Come together as a community to sweat it out for Israel with some of the Y’s
best fitness instructors. Participants will exercise for as long as they want,
from 11:30am to 1:00pm. We will start with cardio, followed by calisthenics,
then floor work (like Pilates, core or ABT) then followed by Yoga.

Wear blue and white to show your support!

Pre-registration is required for this free event, and there is a minimum

**Federation CJA’s Israel Emergency Campaign:**
Federation CJA, along with our global partners, have launched an Israel
Emergency Campaign for the Victims of Terror to bolster the infrastructure in
Southern Israel with bomb shelters. We are only starting to understand the
depth of the needs and know that the war is far from over. Rest assured, 100%
