Cognitive decline and memory loss can be a part of the natural course of
aging. As we grow older, the brain undergoes changes that can affect cognitive
functions.
For the independent member who has not already experienced memory loss, “Where
Are My Keys?” is a program dedicated to the prevention of memory loss and
preservation of cognitive abilities. Keep your brain healthy and active by
engaging in cognitively stimulating activities that promote neuroplasticity,
memory and cognitive function. This includes brain training exercises, brain
teasers, puzzles, and memory games. In addition, this program will feature a
range of social activities which include storytelling, scrapbooking, travel
discussions, and much more!
_*This program is not suitable for those who are already experiencing memory
