In this session on day school leadership, we will focus on goal setting as a
means of putting good governance into action. Our conversation will center on
setting goals and measures of assessment, how to monitor progress, and how to
ensure that clear roles and responsibilities help schools realize success.
This session will look at specific strategies that help the school year get
off to a strong start.
**This workshop is for: Head of Schools, Presidents & Vice-Presidents, Board
Members, and the Senior administrative team.**
